Susan Keaton is an experienced coach and consultant and has worked with Leadership Beyond Limits serving our global clients interested in creating cultures of coaching. She helped develop the Coach2Lead program and is also certified in the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools.  She is a credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds several other certifications including:  Gallup StrengthsFinder, Crucial Conversations, Appreciative Inquiry and The Ken Blanchard Companies Situational Leadership II model.

After 25 years of sales and leadership achievement, Susan turned her attention to helping others realize their visions of success. Tim Kelley is a global change agent and internationally renowned expert on higher purpose.  He works with top leaders in many fields and countries to transform human institutions and evolve society to its new form.  Tim’s methodology, True Purpose, has been featured internationally in magazines, newspapers and on television.
Tim has trained over 1000 consultants, therapists and coaches in his methods.  He has worked with hundreds of CEOs, including top leaders and executive teams from such companies as Nabisco, ING, Oracle, Lexmark and AOL.  He formerly worked as a leader at Oracle, two levels below the CEO.  He is the author of True Purpose and the best-selling coauthor of three other books.

Tim has commanded military organizations, including an amphibious assault craft unit, and is a retired Naval Reserve officer.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from MIT.

After 10 years of roles at a Top 10 US Bank (in Risk Management and Finance) and a Big 4 Consulting Firm (Management and Infrastructure Consulting), Jim transitioned to focus on his passion of people performance and organizational development.  During his last 10+ years he has been a Senior Vice President at a Fortune 10 company where he built a career architecture aligned with the talent pipeline (selection, performance management, promotion, development) and also directed their Global Executive Top Talent Leadership Development program.  In addition, he was Head of Learning and Development at a Fortune 100 company where he oversaw a team of 75 people designing and executing programs and processes across the spectrum of New Hire Orientation, Functional Readiness, Strategic Initiatives, Consultative Sales, Leadership Transitions, Team Effectiveness and Cultural Transformation.
