As your one-on-one executive leadership coach, my job is to provide you with a blanket of support for the realization of your goals and dreams. -Tom Rausch, Executive Coach and Entrepreneur

Nobody Needs A Coach, But Everyone Achieves More With One
Break-through performers have great coaches. I knew that was true for sports; Tiger Woods had Butch Harman and now works with swing coach Hank Haney. The greatest Olympian ever, Michael Phelps, has been coached by Bob Bowman since he was eleven. But I didn’t know that a great coach could accelerate business performance to break-though levels until I found my own executive coach. I learned this performance super-charging secret by working 1-on-1 with my own great coach and I have never before accomplished my personal and professional goals with such ease. Nor have I moved through them so quickly. I recently had to reset my latest business plan because I had accomplished everything on that plan- and then some- with more than a month to spare! (Thanks, Andrea!)

That’s me- standing behind you!

(OK, not really. We are both better looking and I also coach
women- but you get the point.)

Executive coaching for leaders
C-suite executives are under constant scrutiny to perform and are expected to have all of the answers. The value of having someone you can count on to be 100% focused on helping you achieve your goals and exceed even you own expectation is priceless. You can’t get that kind of focus anywhere else.

Of course, you need a coach that is seasoned, highly trained, insightful, and intuitive and a good match for you personally. Being a great listener isn’t enough; a great executive coach also knows how to ask tough questions to get you to see beyond the perspective that has you stuck. Someone who travels the same path and has seen the highs and lows that come with leading an organization.

I love coaching. It has been a personal godsend as far as my own productivity and work-life balance, and coaching others is now one of my most thrilling personal passions. Am I the right coach for you? Maybe, maybe not. We won’t have any idea until we work our first session together. That’s why I have designed a initial 1-on-1 interview session where we will:

bullet

Clarify your leadership vision for the next 12 months

bullet

Identify your strategic ‘mile-stone’ objectives

bullet

Uncover hidden challenges and blind spots that could be sabotaging your leadership success

bullet

Create a ‘next step’ action plan

bullet

Leave this session renewed, inspired, and re-energized about your position as a leader and how you can have more of what you desire professionally and personally.

At the end of this initial session, we will both know if this is a good fit or not.

I can only handle a select few new coaching clients each year. If you would like to be one of the few leaders to have one of these special sessions, simply cut and paste the questions below into an email, fill in your answers and send them to me at tom@leadershipbeyondlimits.com. I will get back to you within 10 business days.

Please tell me what’s on your mind…
1. What is your biggest current leadership challenge?
2. What goal would you need to accomplish in the next 12 months to dramatically improve your level of success?

Check off the areas that you could use help with right now:
___ A project you are stalled on
___ An initiative you would like to get started
___ Relationship challenges with a subordinate, client, co-worker or boss
___ Balancing work/home life
___ Work transitions that are causing stress
___ Leadership team development
