Julie Snyder is a partner with Leadership Beyond Limits, LLC. She offers 23 years of human resources and cultural transformation experience from three industries: retail, manufacturing and healthcare. She has worked in small and large organizations facilitating change from project work to mergers and acquisitions. Julie is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute, and is an accredited facilitator of Insights psychometric profiling system. She is a certified Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) consultant and has been trained in Appreciative Inquiry through the Weatherhead Executive Leadership program at Case Western Reserve University. Julie serves on the Board of Trustees for Mental Health America, Franklin County and as a member of Women for Economic Leadership and Development. She recently earned a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology degree through the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Tom Rausch is a Partner and Executive Coach with Leadership Beyond Limits, LLC. He has 25 years of business experience as a corporate trainer, sales and marketing executive and entrepreneur. Prior to Leadership Beyond Limits, Tom was CEO of Interactive Ink, a pioneer in web-based systems for knowledge management and employee engagement. Before leading Interactive Ink, Tom held executive positions at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and the Wisconsin Automobile & Truck Dealers Association. He holds a BA in Psychology from Lawrence University and he has extensive post-graduate education in Adult Learning and Development. Tom is a certified Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) consultant and has been trained in Appreciative Inquiry through the Weatherhead Executive Leadership program at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a certified coach through the Coach Training Alliance. Tom is happily married to Kathy for more than 30 years and the proud father of two sons, Ian and Eric.

 

Ken Jacobsen is Founder and President of CourageWorks, a consulting firm dedicated to leadership development, employee engagement and cultural transformation. For the LBL Collaboration Network, Ken is a transformation retreat facilitator par excellence! He offers 25 years in executive leadership roles. Ken was Senior Vice President for a top actuarial and human resources consulting firm, President of a health care coalition, has run his own health care benefits consulting company, and served as Executive Vice President of a national health insurer. Ken is an Executive Coach and cultural change facilitator as well as an instructor of personal growth workshops. He obtained a degree in Sociology from Merrimack College (Andover, MA), and completed the acclaimed Executive Program at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

 

Richard Barrett is the Founder and Chairman of the Values Centre. He is an internationally recognized author, consultant and keynote speaker on values-based leadership.
Barrett works with CEOs and senior executives in North and South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia to develop vision-guided, values-driven organizational cultures that strengthen financial performance, build cultural capital, and support sustainable development.
He is the creator of the internationally recognized Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) which have been used to support more than 1000 organizations in 42 countries in their transformational journeys.
Barrett is the author of A Guide to Liberating Your Soul (1995), Liberating the Corporate Soul: Building a Visionary Organization (1998), and Building a Values-Driven Organization: A Whole System Approach to Cultural Transformation (2006). He is a contributing author to Psychometrics in Coaching (2008) – Chapter 15: Coaching for Cultural Transformation. He is a Fellow of the World Business Academy, and Former Values Coordinator at the World Bank. For the LBL Collaboration Network, Richard is available as a C-Suite consultant.

 

Melanie Moeller is Founder of Melanie Moeller Associates, a coaching and organization development group that specializes in helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. For the LBL Collaboration Network, Melanie is a transformation retreat facilitator, CTT values consultant and coach. With more than 15 years of experience in organizational learning and development, Melanie excels at coaching forward-thinking teams and individuals who wish to redirect their career paths to align with their values and passions. Her areas of expertise include leadership coaching, implementing cultural transformation and facilitation in areas such as team cohesion, personal and professional transformation and values alignment. She has facilitated leadership teams in project management, strategic planning and team building, and in creating visions, missions and values.

 

Phil Haussler is Director, Business Development at Quantum Market Research. For the LBL Collaboration Network, he works as employee engagement measurement advisor. In addition making recommendations for the best way to customize the TeamPulse and TeamPlan employee engagement survey and planning tools for LBL clients, Phil can marshal the resources of Quantum to build custom survey applications including Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty surveys, Exit Interview surveys, and virtually any type of project involving data collection and analysis from scratch, depending on the client's needs.
 

   

Dr. Joan Colleran Hoxsey is currently the President of Relationship Resources LLC and a co-owner of AIC, an Appreciative Inquiry consulting firm. Relationship Resources LLC serves the not for profit agencies in the tri state area of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and beyond in program planning, and resource development. Dr. Hoxsey has directed a number of programs for children and families including Help Me Grow a government project for young children ages zero to three, and their families. Dr. Hoxsey is currently working with several not for profit corporations whose goal it is to develop appreciative organizational structures. This work is a move away from the traditional model of finding problems and solving them. Instead this process focuses on finding what works and getting more of it. For the LBL Collaboration Network, Dr. Hoxsey serves as an Appreciative Inquiry consultant.

Hoxsey presented a workshop “Advancing the Practice of Appreciative Inquiry Body, Mind and Spirit” at the international conference of Organization and Development Network and 2007 Academy of Management conference. Clients include: Hamilton County Job and Family Services; the Veterans Health Administration.
