Julie Snyder founded Leadership Beyond Limits, LLC on the belief that positive, engaging workplaces perform and create a better world.

Julie considers it her calling to support organizations through transformation. After 18 years of serving organizations as a Human Resources Executive she came to understand the vital importance of a healthy organizational culture. She believes that individuals join organizations to contribute and belong and that most people hope to make a difference in the world. She supports organizations in maximizing the potential of their employees while inspiring them.

Julie's strength is visioning the big picture and customizing road maps to success. She enjoys supporting good organizations on their journey to greatness. Julie is a gifted facilitator of groups, known for her ability to create open learning environments where trust, authenticity and oneness can flourish.

Experience developing cultures from inside and outside of organizations combined with her recent Positive Psychology degree make Julie a seasoned expert to guide organizations through the cultural transformation experience and achieve results.
