Several years ago Tom noticed that coaching was a top culture request from employees at organizations of all sizes. As the millennial generation becomes an increasingly important part of the workforce, the desired to be coached and developed will continue to be a top need. This realization drove the creation of Coach2Lead.

Susan Alexander is a certified coach and consultant and helped develop the Coach2Lead leadership training program.

After 23 years of business achievement at a major financial institution, Susan turned her attention to helping individuals and organizations discover what’s important and consistent with their values to create new possibilities that are aligned with their unique gifts and purpose. She is also a part-time faculty instructor at Otterbein College, Department of Communications, teaching the Leadership Series to Continuing Education students.

Diahn’s passion is helping leaders maximize their returns on investments in their talent.   She brings over 25 years’ experience to clients in a variety of industries such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, industrial products, commercial real estate, and SaaS.
